Arrivers Training #2 on thanksgiving Day!

Spent a wonderful day with these new missionaries and a few of their trainers.  We are

So proud of them and the miraculous way they have come into the mission and

Quickly become engaged in the work and are “Lighting the world!”  Elder Huot, Elder

Messer, Elder Salcedo, Elder Justin, Elder Miller, Elder Lucignano, Elder Maddock, Elder

Zhang, Elder Pickett and Elder Li.  And on skype from Darwin, Elder McDonald and

Elder Johnson and from Mildura, Elder Radovan and Elder Hunter.

With the help of Elder and Sister Withington, Sister Smith served us a delicious

Thanksgiving dinner -missionary style!  Right down to the homemade cranberries.  

These hungry missionaries are enjoying every bite!

Lucky missionaries serving in Alice Springs were treated to this incredible Thanksgiving 

Feast given by Elder and Sister Anderson.  Lets here it for senior couples!!!!! 7 of these

Missionaries are from the USA and 5 are not. Although all 12 of them are feeling very

Grateful today:). Elder Hammond, Elder Raiqisa, Elder Duckworth, Elder Shortland,

Elder Ostraff, Elder and Sister Anderson, Sister Ormond, Sister Marshall, Elder Mose,

Elder Green and Elder Ward. 

ITs Beginning to look a lot like christmas-inside atleast!

These  two wonderful sister missionaries came by to help me decorate the Christmas

Tree in the MissionHome on their p-day!  Sister Nybo and Sister Shakespear did

A great job!

Loving everything about the Christmas season once again.  Still can’t get used to it

Being hot though -and getting hotter by the day.

More Baptisms and Sabbath Day

Saturday is a special day, Its the day we get ready for Baptisms!  At the Prospect chapel

2 more of our brothers from China made the choice to follow the example of JEsus

Christ and be baptized.

Diao Peng (Jayce)  and Alex were baptized members of the church of Jesus Christ of

Latter Day Saints. they were baptized by Jim Lee and Sam. Here are a few of the

How the Gospel has brought them peace and joy. We love them already!

While waiting for those who were just baptized to get dressed, Sister Brough and 

Sister Yan share a message with those in attendance about the joy of the gospel, and

How following the Savior will bring peace and happiness to your life.  We have 

Been so blessed to see so many come to find this is true as they listen to the

Missionaries!

Said goodbye once again to this great missionary-Elder Ruppe.  We have shed many

Tears but they are grateful tears. One of Heavenly Fathers very best!  We love you.

Had the best visitor ever!  Elder Togia (Alex) and his wife Ina came to visit Adelaide.

We were so happy to spend some time with them and catch up.  they bring us great joy!

Love you heaps.  Remember this night whenever you eat pancakes with lots of syprup!
