Darwin

Flew to Darwin with the Assistants for Darwin Zone Conference.  Greeted by these
Handsome Elders of the Darwin Zone-Elder Hunter, Elder Fiu and Elder Dickson!
Elder Withington so kindly gets up and has us to the airport when we make this trip
At 7:00 am. After a 4 or 5 hour flight we step out of the plane and know immediately
We are in Darwin by the humidity  and this time of year, by the rain.  Its rainy season
In Darwin.  They  got 20  inches of rain last week. Still coming down!Makes for some
Soggy missionaries since they are on bikes:). But they are still smiling!
Missionary work does not slow down for something like a little rain!  Here the Elders
Move some furniture to accommodate new missionaries in between down pours.

And Sister Lea was pretty excited to finally get a refrigerator that is big enough to
Put enough food in for hungry missionaries!

There are some pretty big crocs being found this year.  In the streets, in peoples backyards,
Surfing the waves, you never know where they are going to turn up with this much rain.
I do love that it is so green everywhere you look this time of year.
Darwin is a beautiful city.  We love being there.
